Brief: Project startup is a complex topic that is difficult to train. There are a lot of tasks to manage and information to internalize. How can we make the content more digestible and retainable?
Learning solution: A sandbox structure of sample exercises
My role: Activity Development in Storyline
Created 5 practical exercises that imitate actual startup responsibilities.
Developed the training in line with one case study to tether the learning content to a continuous theme.
Activities break down key tasks such as reviewing a contract, prioritizing recruits, assigning staff duties, and filling out trackers.
Staff can familiarize themselves with new tools and practice in a learning environment without major consequences for unsuccessful decisions.
Staff receive direct feedback based on their outputs to encourage continuous learning.
