Converted the live onboarding by phone into engaging and informative online lessons.
Designed 6, 30-minute modules with Storyline to improve efficiency of global security management onboarding.
Topics included defining key security terms, assessing and mitigating risk, vetting information, establishing emergency action plans, and much more.
Enabled the global security manager more time for other responsibilities.
Increased practical learning through engaging bite sized eLearning.
Reduced the inconvenient scheduling burden with an asynchronous format.
