Brief: Evaluation feedback from the manager training revealed key gaps in the current format. Not all training components aligned efficiently with staff needs.
Learning solution: Blended learning with eLearning modules as pre-work, discussion sessions held live with mentors, and on-the-job assignments.
My role: eLearning Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation; Facilitator Guide Development
Condensed 6 live instructor-led training sessions into succinct, 20-minute eLearning modules consisting of supervisory resources from accredited sources, realistic scenarios, and staff videos from previous graduates of the training.
Transitioned the instructor-led live training into an engaging mentorship component with facilitation guides for a base level of standards.
Allowed live sessions to focus on discussing various management and leadership topics with other new managers.
Equipped global audience with better knowledge about how to be a successful supervisor, resources they can reference any time, and a support system.
Laid the groundwork for the eLearning and the entire program to be iterated, scaled and implemented in additional business lines throughout the company.
143 staff in 9 cohorts trained in management and leadership topics since course redesign.
