Brief: The procurement team needed skills-based technical and functional training with global access to enable staff to structure procurements properly, achieving project technical objectives and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Learning solution: Online training that focuses on experiences and real-life scenarios with sample answers.

Launched two training courses based on information collected in the needs analysis.
Focused on topics identified as key challenges during the procurement lifecycle.
Leveraged case studies, comprehension quizzes, and procedure guides to develop foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills of participants.
Online walkthroughs of procurement procedures allow participants to gain basic comprehension of the procurement lifecycle at any time.
Highly interactive and engaging trainings comprised of 6 and 9 lessons.
Coached an SME through creating 27 example resources between both courses to enhance learner comprehension.
Received 100+ completions between both courses during the first 6 months of publication.
