Brief: Resourcing challenges plus high demand for the multi-session course on monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) posed obstacles to accessibility and led to knowledge gaps.

The training solution needed to be on-demand but mimic the complex soft and technical skills that a MEL writer faces while in their role.
In partnership with key stakeholders, we launched an online, self-paced eLearning to ensure continuous training throughout the year.
The MEL certificate course provides a guided journey through the key tasks of writing a proposal MEL plan.
Includes a comprehensive bank of resources and examples tailored to the training.
Interactive eLearning experience that allows you to select your own path with guidance from a mentor.
Curated resources plus videos from subject matter experts and former proposal MEL plan writers.
A simulation of the proposal process for a proposal MEL plan writer, including insight into your role working with various team members.
A rigorous certification exam to test participant knowledge.
