Brief: Live instructor-led training in business development is very technical and lacks foundational knowledge. Staff who do not have a baseline understanding revealed they were leaving these sessions confused. Technical jargon can be hard to visualize and understand.

Foundational eLearning that spotlights real situations staff may experience with examples on how to manage them.
Created 4 interactive scenarios that were incorporated into the modules covering the basics of business development.
Participants are able to test their critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
Engaging learning that helps staff cultivate their business development mindset.
Scenarios ground technical content with real-life situations to connect learning with best practices and desired outcomes.
Increased practical learning makes a complex topic fun and applicable.
Leveled the playing field and reinforced the company culture that business development is "everyone's business."
Provides an easier on-ramp for staff to get involved in business development around the company.
Now included as pre-work for the live sessions. It can be taken at any time and is highly encouraged!
